HOME DOCUMENTARY. A sceptical point of view.

I watched a great documentary about our planet yesterday called "HOME". In the beginning i was really excited that finally the first attempts for this dying planet started. I mean of course there were many attempts but this is a massive global event and hopefully even more people will get involved in our biggest challenge as species. Though...... I decided to take a step further and noticed that one of the "sponsors" of this global event is PPR Group, a group of the most famous clothes brands in the world. Hm.....look at that....well that is really really daring to do especially when the word "exploit" is really common in the documentary. I decided to write to their press office and hopefully i will get a reply, otherwise i will keep on trying.

Dear Sir, Madam,

Congratulations about your full support to the "HOME" documentary. It was a beautiful documentary that really could convince a lot of people to start caring about nature and all the inhabitants of this planet. Though i have a question and i would be more than glad to have an answer since my interest on the specific subject is really based on the love of earth but also the inhabitants that i mentioned. Don`t you think that it would be better for a group like you to spend all the money into not exploiting poor countries for cheap labour? Into not getting all the "100% natural materials" in your products? If you dont spend money on advertising on PAPER magazines or on PAPER 50meters advertisements on huge buildings? I am really really sorry for this "angry" letter and actually i hope you made it that far! If you did then its my pleasure that you give me this precious time and i hope i can continue in a more decent tone. I am a nobody, but i also live on this planet like you and since you "exploit" more than i do i think i would love to listen what do you do for the planet (not movies.....but something like REALLY ACTING for this planet). I would also prefer if all this cost from the over exploitation of our mother nature doesn't end up on me cause actually i think that you are the one that overfeed us with more "cool styles", new "hi-tech products", new "business opportunities", that make people go desperately in need for more money and success, forgetting that their own role on this planet is really more simple than what you or other "brands" (including finance institutions) have let us to believe. Once more i would really like to congratulate again all the people that REALLY MENTED TO DO GOOD by producing this excellent documentary for our Earth and as a nobody i promise i do my best for our Planet. I hope you do the same.

...and the manifesto of a nobody.

• I consider myself as equal to all the people, animals, insects, flowers, everything that lives on this planet. So i guess that makes me an earthling. But here i speak human.
• This blog is my try to awake as many people as i can to things considering our planet, our rights, our system, anything that makes as "humans".
• I have no purpose to make people angry or sad, these are my own experiences and i share them.
• I try to stay awake as long as i can in this endless fake and useless information that i receive from the mass media.
• I really believe that there are people out there that by believing in their own power they can make the difference as individuals. Individuals make the mass. And mass is huge.
• Somebody told me that life is a race. No its not. For me it goes like that. born, have fun and play, relax, get more responsible for you, fall in love, share precious moments with people you love, make babies, give them your wisdom that comes from the best of you, share time with them and see them grow older, you grow also older, you get more wise and then i think your body dies. I dont what happens next but you get my point. This is what i believe and this is why i spend my time writing here.

Introduction...

I just opened this blog account out of curiosity and for days now i was wandering about the "content" of my blog. After almost 11 years of work i suddenly went on "Kurzarbeit" due to the economic crisis. Kurzarbeit means less hours of work for less money. But i was lucky(i guess). For the last 4 months i receive almost 900 euros per month and i dont work. Not at all. Believe it and dont ask why. i dont even know why. German law....and law.....and law again....Anyway! My point is that without even have the chance to do something else i enter a "more free hours enviroment". Here i really need to open a parenthesis to mention that i was working for almost 14 hours per day including weekends for what everybody calls "our dreams come true" and mine was almost there. So as you can imagine my "costs of my dreams" where also high. In the begining i freaked out about my plans of ruling the world with my work and my brain. Close parenthesis.
The first day of my "primature retirement" i spent it on the river, with my bicycle, sitting on that bench that i found, doing nothing but looking around really extatic and confused at the same time, that it was Tuesday morning and fucking freezing and i was watching other people going to work but i wasnt on that "line"! That bench had something really priceless for a bench in winter cause it was UNDER and AT the corner of a BRIDGE. :) That means not that much cold and certainly not at all rain or snow. I stayed there almost 2 hours and that period was enough for me to realise the gift that it was given to me. FREE PAID TIME!
So i thought instead of getting out ALL the time i should do something for me, something so i can become a better person, human being, you know shit like that. So i made a dream come true which is to start playing the guitar. :) FREE PAID TIME you see.....Just to let you know, so far i can play almost all of the chords,i know the notes on the 1st, 2nd, 3d and 4th string and i can also strum the guitar on the pulse of the f@@@@ metronome! And i get better every day! and the reason is that i want to and that i have the time for that! Get it?

I also decided to educate myself more during spring, siting on the sun doing nothing and getting paid for that. I started reading more newspapers, books, internet articles, anything i could get impressed and also educated and sharpen my mind. I ended up watching tons of documentaries in the internet about anytthing you can imagine. Open parentesis. I hate television. television is the most legal and common drug in human history. Makes all of us incapable of thinking and researching since there is always an excuse or an expert to reassure us or frightens us about the next threat of humanity. Even now i cant believe that i am writing these lines and that my mind has changed that much in my strong beliefs about people and life. Close parenthesis.
These months have been really surprising for me on how people can think and act and search and gain and deny when they find the FREE TIME.
I hope there are people in here(or out there, i dont know) that they share my beliefs and if they are i would be more than glad to receive any comments.
